How to Start Your First Team
Getting your team up and running on MegaNova is a seamless process.
First, ensure you have a registered account at the portal.
Once you are logged in, look at the left-hand panel and click on the Team section. From there, you will see a prominent Create Team button.
Give your team a name and a clear description. This helps keep things organized as you scale.
Once you click Create Team, your shared workspace is officially live. It is a quick setup that leads to long-term efficiency for your projects.
Inviting Your Collaborators
A team is only as strong as its members. To bring your colleagues on board, navigate to your Team page, you can do that by click on the Manage icon.
Find the Members Management section and select Invite Member. You can then choose the specific role you want to assign to that person.
After you create the invite, you will receive a unique link. Simply send this to your team member. They can click the link and join your workspace instantly.
You can track all your pending invites in the dashboard to ensure no one is left behind.
Understanding Roles and Permissions
Not every team member needs the same level of access. To keep your resources secure, we offer three distinct roles.
- Developer Package: Built for the "engine room." It gives your builders the power they need without exposing sensitive billing or administrative controls.
- Administrator Package: Designed for project leads. This includes all Developer tools, plus member management and usage analytics.
- Custom Permissions: For when "one size fits all" doesn't work. It is the ultimate tool for teams that require high-level flexibility.
Monitoring Your Success
Transparency is key to a successful AI strategy. The Team dashboard - Inference Analytic provides a centralized view of your activity.
You can see how your models are being used through comprehensive analytics. This includes model usage statistics and detailed records of your inference requests.
By tracking these metrics, you can optimize your resource consumption. You can see exactly which projects are using the most power and adjust your budget accordingly.
