Prerequisites


Before beginning, ensure you have:

  • An operational installation of SillyTavern (v1.10 or higher recommended).
  • A valid MegaNova API Key with active balance/credits.
  • Access to the MegaNova Proxy endpoint dashboard.

Step 1: Get MegaNova Credentials

  1. Sign into your MegaNova Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to API Keys and click Create New Key.
  3. Copy your key and save the Proxy Endpoint URL (e.g., [https://api.meganova.ai/v1](https://api.meganova.ai/v1)).

Step 2: Setup SillyTavern Connection

  1. Open SillyTavern and navigate to API Connections.
  2. Set API to Chat Completion (OpenAI API Format).
  3. Toggle Custom Endpoint to ON.
  4. Paste the MegaNova base URL in the API URL box.
  5. Paste your key in the API Key field and hit Connect.

Step 3: Select Model and Configure Context
